The Fuller Center for Housing of Northwest Louisiana (Fuller NWLA) was established as a faith-driven and Christ-centered non-profit organization in 2006, in cooperation with the national organization, the Fuller Center for Housing. The primary mission of Fuller Center NWLA is to provide decent homes for low-income working families living in poverty within the Shreveport-Bossier area, thereby launching the process of restoring neighborhoods and strengthening communities.

Fuller NWLA has constructed a total of 61 homes, 48 in Allendale, 5 in Stoner Hill Veterans Village, 2 in Cedar Grove, and 6 in Bossier City. 3 homes are currently in progress in the Stoner Hill community of Shreveport. 80% of the homeowners are paying their mortgages on time. 95% of the homeowners are the original homeowners.
